A graduate of Management at the University of Silesia, based in Dąbrowa Górnicza, who professionally found herself immersed in the world of marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce — and genuinely enjoys it there. She likes planning and looking for improvements, especially when the plan — surprisingly — actually starts working.

By nature, she is determined, honest, and has a good sense of humor. She approaches life pragmatically and values clarity, partnership-based communication, and common sense.

After hours, she unwinds with crime novels (her favorite author is Jo Nesbø) and has a particular fondness for classic cars — because classics have character, and Marta appreciates things with history. She can often be found at automotive meetups. She also enjoys spending time working in her garden. With age, she continues to update her “life software,” learning that the words “always” and “never” are best kept in the “archive” folder.
